Code of conduct

CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR

Swimmers, parents and coaches are requested to abide by a general rule of conduct and behaviour:

  • To arrive in time for sessions with appropriate equipment (at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your swim session) – late arrival leads to disruption of other members and could result in injury if warm up session at the beginning of each session are missed
  • To respect each other – listen to instructions both from the poolside staff/coaches but also the lifeguards
  • To be aware and abide by health and safety regulations whilst in the leisure centres, including the changing areas and on poolside
  • To raise any concerns and issues with poolside staff
  • To enforce a “NO BULLYING POLICY” within the club
