Katy delivers at National Level

Katy delivered a phenomenal performance at the 2026 Long Course British Masters Championships, held from the 12th-14th June at the Aberdeen Aquatics Centre.

Competing in the 18-24 age category, Katy took on four events:

• 50 Fly

• 100 Free

• 50 Breast

• 100 Fly

Across the three‑day meet, Katy swam brilliantly and all her hard work in training paid off. Her standout moment came in the 50m Breaststroke, where she powered through the field to claim a silver medal. It’s a brilliant achievement at a national level Masters meet and a testament to her dedication in and out of the pool.

Katy, everyone at Mansfield Swim Club is incredibly proud of you. Your hard work, discipline, and competitive spirit continue to inspire swimmers across the club. We loved celebrating with you this week at club champs and watching you swim a PB in the same medal winning event in our very own pool at Water Meadows! We can't wait to see what the future holds for you in your Masters swimming career.
