MSC in action at Bramcote & Corby

It was another busy and brilliant weekend for Mansfield Swimming Club, with swimmers competing across two venues and delivering some fantastic results.

πŸ“ Notts ASA Stage 2 Gala – Bramcote

On Saturday, our team headed to Bramcote Leisure Centre for the latest round of Notts ASA Stage 2. The swimmers gave it their all, racking up:

  • 10 Individual PBs

  • 4 Relay PBs

Individual PBs were achieved by: Noah, Fox, Liam, Evie, Rhianna, Sope, Max, Nyla, and Riley. Relay PBs came courtesy of: Hester, Sophie, Jess, and Evie.

The team’s strong performance earned us an impressive 2nd place out of 5 teams which was a fantastic result and a testament to the depth and determination of our squad.

Special mention goes to Nyla who clocked her first county qualifying time in the 50 freestyle πŸš€

πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ Corby Open Meet – Chloe’s Solo Success

While the team battled it out in Bramcote, Chloe represented Mansfield SC at the Corby Open Meet, held at the Corby International Pool.

Competing in the 9/10yr age category across two sessions, Chloe swam in six events and delivered:

  • 3 Personal Bests

  • 2 Medals πŸ₯ˆ in the 200 Backstroke and 100 Butterfly

  • Her first County Qualifying Time in the 200 Backstroke β€” a huge achievement!
