Sope Represents Nottinghamshire at the National County Team Championships

Everyone at Mansfield Swimming Club is incredibly proud of Sope after his selection to represent Nottinghamshire at the prestigious Swim England National County Team Championships.

Being selected to swim for your county at a national event is a tremendous achievement and recognition of the hard work, dedication and commitment required to compete at the highest level. Selection is reserved for the county's top swimmers, making Sope's inclusion in the team a fantastic accolade.

Sope competed in the Open Male 200m Medley Relay, swimming the breaststroke leg for Nottinghamshire. Producing an outstanding performance on the national stage, he recorded a personal best split time, helping the team secure an impressive 11th-place finish. The championships brought together the strongest county teams from across England, with Nottinghamshire also finishing 11th overall.

At Mansfield Swimming Club, we are delighted to see Sope's efforts rewarded at this level. His consistent work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to training make him an excellent role model for younger swimmers coming through the club. Congratulations, Sope, on this outstanding achievement. Everyone at Mansfield Swimming Club is immensely proud of you, and we look forward to seeing what comes next in your swimming journey.
