MSC march on in Arena League

On Saturday 8th November, Mansfield Swimming Club headed to Pingles Leisure Centre, Nuneaton for Round 2 of the Arena League. It was another exciting evening of racing, and our swimmers delivered some fantastic performances despite being without a few key team members.

We finished 5th on the night with a total of 209 points, earning 4 league points. This result places us 14th out of 23 teams overall heading into the final round.

Personal Bests Galore!

Our swimmers showed incredible determination and team spirit, achieving an impressive 27 Personal Bests on the night:

• 11 Individual PBs

• 16 Relay PBs

This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work being put in during training sessions.

Looking Ahead to Round 3

The final round takes place on Saturday 6th December at the Queens Jubilee Centre, Rugby. We’re hoping to have a full squad available for selection, which will give us the best chance to climb the rankings and finish the league strongly.

A huge thank you to all swimmers, coaches, and supporters for making Round 2 such a success. The McDonalds on the way back made it all worth it!
